“Movement has always been a huge part of my life.

With over 10 years of dance experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of body mechanics, control, and alignment. My journey with Pilates began after a knee injury left me searching for a way to rebuild strength, recover safely, and stay active. Through Pilates, I not only regained mobility but also discovered a smarter, more sustainable way to move.

Now, my goal is to help others experience the same benefits—whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, recover from an injury, or simply feel better in your body. I have completed BASI comprehensive training, covering Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and more. My approach focuses on helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body—all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
