"I’m Chanbi, a passionate Pilates instructor from Korea. I’ve been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and have been teaching professionally for 4 years.

In 2024, I moved to Toronto and continued my education by completing the STOTT Pilates certification. This experience has broadened my perspective and allowed me to grow as an international instructor.

Pilates is more than just a job to me it’s a lifelong passion. I’m always learning and evolving, both for my clients and myself. I believe in mindful, balanced movement and strive to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported.

I emphasize ideal alignment in my teaching, helping clients maintain proper posture and improve overall body balance. This approach not only reduces pain and prevents injury, but also promotes a healthier and more mindful lifestyle.

I truly hope more people can discover the unique benefits of Pilates and fall in love with the practice, just as I did. I’d be honored to guide them on that journey.”
