“With over 20 years of dance experience—including ballet, Chinese dance, and jazz funk—movement has always been a big part of my life. In 2023, I discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its focus on control, posture, and alignment.

Through my STOTT Pilates training, I have built a strong foundation and technique, which deepened my understanding of mindful movement and its benefits for overall health.

As I continued to practice, I noticed many people around me struggled with postural issues, which inspired me to help them through posture analysis and correction. I find great passion in teaching Pilates, and seeing my students and friends gradually improve their posture brings me a sense of fulfillment and success.

My teaching style is highly focused on the details and precision of each movement. I place strong emphasis on the accuracy of each action and move at a slightly slower flow, ensuring that each student has a strong understanding of the fundamentals before progressing. This approach helps students connect with their bodies, improve posture, and ultimately achieve a more balanced, healthier life.

我的教學風格專注於每一個動作的細節和精確度。我強調每個動作的準確性,並以較慢的速度進行,確保每位學員在進行下一步之前能夠掌握基本要領。這種方法有助於學員與自己的身體建立更深的連結,改善體態,最終實現更健康、更平衡的生活。
