Daseul

Pilates Instructor

I once believed that working in an office would be my lifelong career. However, over time, I started noticing the toll it was taking on my body. My back ached, my neck felt stiff, and I realized that no matter how stable my job seemed, poor health would eventually make it difficult to sustain.

Wanting to take better care of myself, I decided to start exercising again, and that’s when I discovered Pilates. Unlike other forms of exercise, Pilates sparked a deeper curiosity in me. I found myself wanting to understand the purpose behind each movement, the muscles they engaged, and how my body was responding. The more I learned, the more I felt drawn to it — and eventually, I realized this might be something I wanted to pursue more seriously.

Deciding to become a certified instructor wasn’t an easy choice, but I believed that my own journey could allow me to connect with clients in a meaningful way. I know what it’s like to struggle with discomfort, to feel unsure about movement, and to face the challenges of building strength from the ground up. Because of this, I strive to teach with empathy, patience, and care — meeting clients where they are and helping them progress at their own pace.

More than just a career change, becoming a Pilates instructor is my way of supporting others in building healthier, stronger bodies. My hope is that I can help my clients feel better in their everyday lives, with improved posture, greater mobility, and renewed confidence. If that also leads to a more toned and balanced body, then that’s simply a wonderful bonus.
