“When I was a child I fell in love with Ballet classes and since then I have dedicated most of my life to this career. To broaden my knowledge about the human body, posture and motor control, I started Bachelors in Physical Therapy, where I learned about human anatomy, kinesiology and rehabilitation of injuries through physical exercises. During my graduation, I met the Pilates Method, and it became my new passion. Since my certification in 2018, I have been working with this method helping people to prevent and rehabilitate injuries, improving ballet dancers and athletes performance and providing quality of life for people in general. I worked as professor in the Functional Clinical Pilates Training Course in Brazil, helping to train new pilates instructors.”
