Yoon has had a long career as a rhythmic gymnast before transitioning into coaching. During her coaching career, she experienced pain in previously injured areas, which led her to discover Pilates. For Yoon, learning Pilates was the first time she learned to exercise with safety in mind, and she realized that acquiring this skill would allow her to protect her body while exercising.

As a Pilates instructor with two years of experience, Yoon has worked with clients facing various challenges. She believes that the most important goal is “habit formation.” While exercising with her may improve your condition temporarily, it’s easy to revert back due to daily habits. Let’s work together to identify these issues and create healthy lifestyle patterns and a strong body!
